Come join me for an introductory workshop on a robust, beautiful and practical method called the Alexander Technique to learn the foundational skills to reduce pain and stress and step into a life of true freedom. I will teach you simple but effective practices to use every day and build up your resilience to prevent burnout.  This session is FREE! Limited spaces.

Feel like your pain, stress, or anxiety are holding you back and you desire to live pain-free and fully aligned - emotionally, physically and spiritually.

 

Please wear comfortable clothing that doesn't restrict movement. If you have a yoga mat please also bring that with you (we will have spares), and a blanket if you like.

Meet Your Host:

Sarah Warman has over 10 years experience with the Alexander Technique and having supported hundreds of people to get to the true roots of their pain to resolve the core issues and enjoy living more fully in the here and now.

FAQ:

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

​

18 or over. 16+ year olds can attend but must be accompanied by a parent.

 

What are my transportation/parking/accessibility options for getting to and from the event?

​

Rectory Road is the closest overground station, and there are many bus routes that stop right outside or close by. Also lots of bike parking in the area.

​

PLEASE NOTE: There are stairs to go up to get to the workshop room, and no lift.

 

What can I bring into the event?

​

Comfortable clothing to wear for the session, and a yoga mat if you have one (we have spares) and a blanket if you would like.
